48-HOUR NOTICE, FULL-FEE CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to provide a professional service and to avoid disruption at our clinic from no-shows and short notice cancellations, and to ensure proper availability for all our clients, including you, we operate a strictfull-fee 48-hour notice cancellation policy. Please kindly give us 48/hour notice if you intend to cancel or move your appointment to another day to avoid being charged the full cost of your appointment. No exceptions whatsoever will ever be made except hospital emergency. Our service is strictly supplied under these terms and conditions.¬†
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the invoice at checkout.
OUR RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. However if an error occured with your purchase and you would like to return an unopened unused item, there will be a re-stocking fee of 15% and we request that you email us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund on any opened products.
